Homes span a wide range, from a 2 BHK of about 1,175 sqft up to a 4 BHK of 2,492 to 2,513 sqft with a maid's room, taking in three sizes of 3 BHK and a 3 BHK with a study in between. The entry 1 BHK is sold out, and prices start at ₹1.85 Cr. The landscaping leans hard into green, with a rain-tree grove trail and a lagoon, and there are three pools including an infinity lap pool. Kadugodi and Nallurahalli metro, Nexus Mall and Manipal Hospital are all close. Possession is set for June 2030.
